Subscription Fees and Billing

Zintra Rise offers various subscription plans to access our educational content. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the following terms regarding fees and billing:

Payment Terms

All subscription fees are payable in advance. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. If you sign up for a free trial, we will begin charging your payment method for the subscription fee at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Zintra Rise to charge your payment method for the renewal term at the then-current rate.

Price Changes

Zintra Rise may change the fees for subscriptions from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.

Content Ownership and Permitted Use

All content provided through Zintra Rise, including but not limited to video lectures, course materials, assessments, graphics, logos, and other educational resources, is owned by or licensed to Zintra Rise and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, Zintra Rise grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit any content from Zintra Rise
  • Use the content for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Zintra Rise
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access your account

Any unauthorized use of the Service or its content will result in the termination of the license granted by Zintra Rise and may violate applicable laws.

Zintra Rise is committed to delivering high-quality educational content. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your course or subscription for any reason, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. This satisfaction guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of specific courses or subscription plans and cannot be used repeatedly for the same content.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under these circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to content that Zintra Rise cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe
  • Significant discrepancy between course description and actual content
  • Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day period has expired
  • For content that has been substantially consumed or downloaded
  • For accounts that have violated these Terms of Service

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact our support team through the designated channels on our website. All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

These limitations shall apply even if Zintra Rise has been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

Breach of These Terms

Without limiting other remedies, Zintra Rise may take any of the following actions in response to a breach of these Terms:

Notification Process

If we believe you have violated these Terms, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a warning and request immediate compliance
  • Temporarily suspend your access to some or all features of the Service
  • Permanently terminate your account with immediate effect

Severity of Infractions

The action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the violation:

  • Minor violations may result in warnings or temporary restrictions
  • Serious violations (including intellectual property infringement, harassment, or illegal activities) may result in immediate account termination
  • Repeated violations will lead to progressively more severe penalties, regardless of the nature of each individual violation

Appeal Process

If you believe action has been taken against your account in error, you may appeal through our designated support channels. Appeals will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, but Zintra Rise reserves the final decision in all matters concerning violations of these Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Zintra Rise operates, without reference to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any party may initiate this informal dispute resolution process by providing written notice to the other party describing the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within 30 days of the initial notice, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution through:

  • Mediation conducted according to the mediation rules of a mutually agreed-upon mediation service
  • Binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration association
  • Legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction

The prevailing party in any dispute resolution proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

Changes to These Terms

Zintra Rise reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes in the following ways:

  • By posting a notification on our platform
  • By sending an email to the address associated with your account
  • By displaying a prominent notice when you next access the Service

For substantial changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice before the modifications take effect. Less significant changes may take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zintra Rise regarding our Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Zintra Rise (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).

By using the Zintra Rise platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.
